A new fruit juice is making its way to Australia after winning over the taste buds of Italy, Portugal and Brazil.
Santal hails from Italy and comes in four refreshing flavours - Red Orange, Pink Grapefruit, Brazilian Orange and Green Apple.
Drink it for your thirst or its flavour - Santal is also a great addition to summer cocktails (see recipes below).
Santal (RRP, $1.90 for 375ml or $2.90 for 1 litre) will be available in cafes, restaurants, corner stores, independent groceries and service stations.

40ml Santal Brazilian Orange
ice
30ml strawberry liqueur
30ml Galliano
Strawberry syrup to decorate
Shake Santal Brazilian Orange and Galliano in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour over strawberry liqueur in glass decorated with strawberry syrup.
